How do I apply for admission?

Buy an application voucher from our admissions desk (MoMo or bank), then enter your Serial Number and PIN in the Admissions Portal below to unlock and complete the online application form.

How much is the application voucher?

The registration voucher fee is GHS 200. You pay via Mobile Money to the number shown in the admissions section, and we send your Serial Number and PIN by SMS.

What documents do I need to submit?

You'll need your personal details, a passport-size photo, and a photo of your most recent academic certificate or results. You can upload both directly in the online application form.

What are the entry requirements?

Our programmes welcome beginners and experienced learners. Most short courses have no strict academic requirement — just your passion. Applicants under 18 should include a parent or guardian's contact.

How long are the programmes?

Programmes range from 1-month masterclasses to multi-month certificates and diplomas. You can choose your preferred track and intake in the application form.

When can I start?

We run rolling intakes. Choose "Next available intake" in the form, or pick a specific intake date, and our admissions desk will confirm your start date.
